Axiamatic enables integration with Microsoft Teams to send notifications and reminders, especially related to Outreach activities.

Prerequisites

You must have Enterprise Admin or Integrations Admin permissions in Axiamatic to access the Integrations page.

Integration Steps

Step 1: Log into Axiamatic

Use your credentials to access the Axiamatic app.

Step 2: Access Settings

Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner to open the menu, then select Settings.

Step 3: Navigate to Integrations

Within Settings, go to the Integrations section and find the Microsoft Teams card.

Step 4: Connect to Microsoft Teams

Click on Connect to initiate the integration.

Step 5: Verify O365 Admin Status

A pop-up will ask if you are an Office 365 admin.

  • If you are not an admin, click Next to continue.

  • If you are an admin, sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

Step 6: Authorize Permissions

If you clicked Next, a Microsoft permissions page will open in a new tab. Review the permissions and click Accept to allow Axiamatic to access Microsoft Teams.

Integration complete! After granting permissions, the integration will finalize, enabling Axiamatic to send notifications and reminders directly to Teams.

Handling Permission Denials or Approval Issues

In some organizations, O365 admins may not approve the necessary permissions during setup. If this happens:

  • The integration cannot be completed without proper permission approval.

  • The O365 admin must sign in explicitly to approve the permissions.

  • If your organization’s admin is unable or unwilling to approve permissions via the standard flow, please contact Axiamatic support for help.

  • Our support team can assist with alternative solutions or guide your admin through the approval process to enable Microsoft Teams integration.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure your browser allows pop-ups during the integration process.

  • Confirm you have the necessary permissions both in Axiamatic and Microsoft O365 before starting.
