Welcome to the Axiamatic Integration for Webex by Cisco! This guide will walk you through the simple steps to connect and integrate Webex into your Axiamatic engagement.

Step 1: Navigate to the integrations page

  • Log in to your Axiamatic account.

  • Click on the "Settings" tab in the main navigation menu.

Step 2: Find Webex by Cisco integration

  • Click on Integrations, locate the "Communication Platforms" section at the top.

  • Look for the Webex by Cisco card. The status should be "Available."

Step 3: Connect Webex by Cisco

  • Click the 'Connect' button on the Webex by Cisco card.

Step 4: Login to your Webex by Cisco account

  • A pop-up window will appear, prompting you to log in with your Webex by Cisco credentials.

  • Enter your Webex username and password.

  • Click the 'Login' button.

Step 5: Grant permissions

  • After logging in, you will see a list of permissions that Axiamatic requires to integrate with Webex by Cisco.

  • Review the permissions carefully to ensure they align with your preferences and needs.

  • Click the 'Accept' button to grant the necessary permissions.

Step 6: Confirmation and integration

  • Once you've granted the permissions, you will be redirected back to the Integrations page.

  • The status of the Webex by Cisco card will now be updated to 'Connected,' indicating a successful integration.

Congratulations! You have successfully connected your Axiamatic engagement with Webex by Cisco. Now you can enjoy seamless communication and collaboration within the Axiamatic app. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, please refer to our support documentation or reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Disconnecting Webex account from Axiamatic

To disconnect your Webex account from Axiamatic, please contact [email protected]. Please note that disconnecting your account would result in the embedded app functionality also no longer working.
