Overview

Axiamatic connects with Slack to empower stakeholders to contribute their thoughts, issues, and suggestions on initiatives. Stakeholders' voices are captured and analyzed to drive improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Setup

To begin using Axiamatic on Slack, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

  1. Ensure your organization has a paid account with Axiamatic.

  2. The engagement owner should set up Slack integration on the Axiamatic app.

Integration setup

  1. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Communication Channels in Axiamatic.

  2. Select the Slack card and click 'Connect'.

  3. Grant permissions as prompted.

  4. Once connected, the engagement owner will receive a success message confirming the integration.

Adding app to Slack channel

  1. Create a Slack channel dedicated to discussions on the engagement.

  2. Add the Axiamatic app to the Slack channel.

  3. Stakeholders can share feedback in this channel, which will be captured by Axiamatic for analysis.

Utilizing the app

  1. Stakeholders will be automatically notified by the Axiamatic bot when a Pulse is assigned to them.

  2. They can respond to the Pulse by clicking 'Complete Pulse' or set a reminder by clicking 'Remind me in 1 hour'.

Engagement owners can now,

  1. Deliver Pulses as a direct message to the stakeholders

  2. Gain insights into stakeholder sentiment and areas of improvement through Axiamatic's AI analysis.

  3. Enable the feature to capture feedback in Slack channels to create focus areas.

And stakeholders will be able to,

  1. Contribute feedback and suggestions directly from Slack.

  2. Stay informed about assigned Pulses and Pulse retrospectives.

  3. Play a vital role in shaping initiatives and driving improvements within the organization.
