Overview
Connect Slack to Axiamatic to use it as a communication channel. Once connected, Axiamatic can send outreaches and announcements directly through Slack.
Prerequisites
You must have the Organization Admin or Integration Admin role in Axiamatic to access this section
Part 1: Connecting Slack to Axiamatic
Step 1: Open Program Settings
Log in to Axiamatic
Click on the footer menu
Select Program Settings
Step 2: Connect Slack
Navigate to the Integrations page
Find Slack in the list of integrations
Click Connect
Step 3: Review and Allow Permissions
A pop-up will appear and redirect you to a Slack page
Review the permissions being requested and confirm the workspace Axiamatic is requesting access for
Click Allow
Connection complete! Once you close this page, you'll see a Connected status next to Slack on the Integrations page.
Part 2: Selecting a Workspace
Next, choose the Slack workspace Axiamatic will use to communicate.
Step 4: Open the Channels Page
From the left navigation of the Settings page, go to Channels
You'll see Slack listed under the Not Connected section
Step 2: Select a Channel and Sync Settings
Click Select Channel on the Slack card
A pop-up will open asking you to set:
The channel you want Axiamatic to send communications into
The date from which Axiamatic should start reading information
How often Axiamatic should sync
Choose the channel and set these details
Click Connect
Setup complete! Axiamatic can now send outreaches and announcements to the selected Slack channel.
