Connecting Adobe Workfront to Axiamatic allows the platform to access your projects, tasks, and portfolios, giving you a unified view of your organization's work and enabling Axiamatic to surface relevant insights from your Workfront data.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you have the following:
Enterprise Admin or Integrations Admin permissions in Axiamatic — required to access the Integrations page.
Workfront Base URL and API Key from your Adobe Workfront account. (See How to find your Workfront Base URL and API Key if you're not sure where to find these.)
Step 1: Open Settings and Integrations
Log in to your Axiamatic account and click your profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the page. From the menu, select Program Settings, then open the Integrations tab from the left navigation bar.
Step 2: Connect to Adobe Workfront
On the Integrations page, locate the Adobe Workfront card and click Connect.
Step 3: Choose Shared or Private Connection
When prompted, select how you want to scope this connection.
Shared (recommended): Makes this Workfront connection available to all current and future projects or business units using Axiamatic in your workspace. This is the recommended option for most teams.
Private: Limits this Workfront connection to the current project or account only. Future projects will need their own separate connection.
Choose the option that best fits how your organization manages projects and data.
Step 4: Enter Your Workfront Details
A pop-up will appear requesting your Workfront account details. Fill in the following fields:
Workfront Base URL — Your organization's Workfront URL in the format
https://<yourcompanyname>.my.workfront.adobe.com. Replace<yourcompanyname>with your company's name.API Key — The API key associated with your Workfront account.
Click Connect to proceed.
Integration complete! The Adobe Workfront card on the Integrations page will now show a Connected status, confirming the integration is ready to use.
Step 5: Navigate to the Channels Tab
In the left navigation, click on the Channels tab, located just below the Integrations tab.
Step 6: Select a Project to Sync
On the Channels page, locate the Adobe Workfront card and click Select Project. A pop-up will appear with a dropdown listing your available Workfront projects.
Select the project you want to sync with Axiamatic and click Save. The pop-up will close and the Workfront card on the Channels page will confirm that your selected project is now syncing.
Configuration complete! Axiamatic will now retrieve and use your Workfront project data to produce the best results.
